ABOUT TRAILSIDE PHYSIO
Movement is everything.
Normal, efficient and pain-free movement is the key ingredient to enjoying your sport, your work or simply your busy life.
“Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession dedicated to working with people to identify and maximize their ability to move and function throughout their lifespan.”
~Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia
Every Trailside therapist leads an active life and understands the importance and value of natural movement. Each has gone beyond university training in physiotherapy, chiropractic therapy, and massage therapy, and continued their studies in areas such as orthopedics, sports, movement, ergonomics, acupuncture, Active Release Therapy and Graston Technique, just to name a few. We pride ourselves on our thorough assessments. Our evaluations guide our treatment plans while keeping your lifestyle in mind. We go beyond healing today’s injury and set goals to improve your overall health and movement for the future. Our therapists are therapists wherever they go. In the clinic or out, our knowledge and skills go with us and keep us moving in our daily lives. “Trailside Physio” is our name, because we’re the therapists you find in the clinic, on the sidelines, and on the trail side.
