Dr. Amber Kenmuir spent a number of years as a dental assistant before deciding to become a chiropractor. Amber’s first experiences with chiropractic happened when she was 16 years old. She started seeing a chiropractor due to re-occurring knee pain that was unable to resolve with physiotherapy, massage, stretching, or visits to a sports doctor. After Amber’s first chiropractic adjustment her knee pain went away, as well as the regular headaches she used to suffer from. Amber continued to regularly see a chiropractor for care during her years as a dental assistant.
Amber decided to become a chiropractor because she wanted to do more to help the people around her. She loves being able to help people feel better using methods that are very effective and specific to each individual she treats.
In Amber’s free time she loves being outside, either hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, or camping.
